What is the process of working with you?

First, we will set up a 15-minute consultation call. During this call, you will share what is bringing you to therapy. From there, we can together come up with a plan that is it right for you.

Anthem Blue Cross, UC SHIP, Cigna, United, MHN, Optum

How much does it cost?

The fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $165. To see an Associate of BLC Inc: $100.

Is therapy in person or online?

I offer therapy through video and/or phone at this time.
